Enterprise payment automation system for MetLife Insurance, processing thousands of insurance payments daily with EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) processing, VISA Network integration, and comprehensive claims & payment management.

MetLife Insurance needed to modernize their payment processing infrastructure to handle increasing transaction volumes while maintaining strict compliance, audit requirements, and enterprise-grade security standards. The system required integration with multiple payment networks including VISA, support for various payment methods, and real-time processing capabilities.

Built a comprehensive payment automation platform with:

• EFT Payment Automation: Automated Electronic Funds Transfer system processing thousands of insurance payments with end-to-end encryption
• VISA Network Integration: Virtual card system with handshake mechanism, digital signatures, and encrypted requests adhering to VISA's high-security standards
• Claims & Payment Processing: Automated claims processing with payment validation, approval workflows, and transaction monitoring
• Multi-Gateway Support: Integration with multiple payment gateways and banking systems
• Real-Time Monitoring: Transaction monitoring, fraud detection, and alerting systems
• Compliance & Audit: Complete audit trails, PCI DSS compliance, and regulatory reporting
